Our weekly meditation classes offer a friendly, supportive space to unwind, learn, and gradually build a more peaceful and positive state of mind. Each class includes guided meditations and practical teachings that you can apply straight away – whether you’re hoping to reduce stress, improve emotional balance, or deepen your understanding of Buddhist ancient wisdom.

The sessions are designed to be accessible for everyone. You don’t need any experience, previous knowledge or special clothing; simply come as you are and enjoy a calm environment where you can step back from the busyness of daily life.
