Life can feel too much—too fast, too full, too demanding. This course offers a gentle, practical way to step out of that cycle. Through clear Buddhist teachings and guided meditations, it will help you to create spaciousness in the mind, lighten emotional pressure, and reconnect with a sense of inner calm.

You will explore simple techniques that ease stress in the moment and help you stay centred throughout your day. Whether you are juggling work, responsibilities, or the general noise of modern life, this course gives you the tools to meet it all with clarity, steadiness, and ease
