About the Course: Meditation is becoming increasingly recognized as an effective means to reduce stress, anxiety and improve our quality of life. Furthermore, it also has much deeper and far-reaching benefits that have been understood by Buddhist practitioners for thousands of years.

During this course: You will be guided by an experienced practitioner through several meditations that can be reproduced at home, There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance on how to set up a regular meditartion practice.

The benefits of meditation include:

– Improves mindfulness & concentration.

– Promotes a more positive approach to life

– Aids relaxation and letting go of tension

During this course: You will be guided by an experienced teacher through several meditations that can be used at home, There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance on how to set up a regular meditation practice.

Each session will include 2 guided meditations, a practical teaching, and time for questions. Meditation is done seated in chairs with the option to sit on a mat and cushion if you prefer.

This course is perfect for beginners as well as anyone wishing to refresh or deepen their meditation practice.

During the course there is tea and biscuits provided free of charge in the break . Lunch is also inlcuded in the price, except for members.
