About the Course: Meditation is becoming increasingly recognized as an effective means to reduce stress and improve our quality of life, however it also has much deeper and far-reaching benefits that have been understood by Buddhist practitioners for thousands of years.

The benefits of meditation include:

  • An effective means to reduce stress & anxiety
  • It improves mindfulness & concentration
  • It promotes a more positive approach to life
  • It aids relaxation and letting go of tension

During this talk you will be guided by an experienced practitioner through several mediations that can be reproduced at home, learn how to improve mindfulness and concentration; as well as how to set up a regular meditation practice. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance on how to improve your meditation practice.

Classes at the centre

Our doors are now open for in-person classes. Our meditation room is spacious and accommodating towards those who wish to keep a social distance.

Online classes

If you are late or miss the class do not worry, you are able to view a replay for up to 5 days. When you book, you will receive a confirmation email containing links to watch the teachings; remember to check your junk mail folder if you don’t see this email right away, and contact us if necessary. Keep your confirmation email, and follow the links it contains when it is time for the teachings.
