Through a blend of clear teachings and guided practice, you’ll learn how meditation can ease the pressures of modern life—not just in the quiet moments on the cushion, but throughout the rush of your everyday routine.

Teacher: Kelsang Dorsem Resident Teacher &. Buddhist monkKnown for his clear, practical teachings, bringing modern Buddhist compassion and wisdom to everyday life. e is a long-time student of  Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and Kadam Bridget Heyes. He also has a scientific background, a Master of Science in Chemistry, and a PhD in Biochemistry. So he has an excellent understanding of bridging the external sciences with the inner sciences of the mind.

Each session will include 2 guided meditations, a practical teaching, and time for questions. Meditation is done seated in chairs with the option to sit on a mat and cushion if you prefer.

This course is perfect for beginners as well as anyone wishing to refresh or deepen their meditation practice.

During the course there is tea and biscuits provided free of charge in the break . Lunch is also inlcuded in the price, except for members.
