A series of classes with teachings and guided meditations that will give us a toolbox of techniques for constructing a happier life. Our state of mind is the key to our happiness, so meditation is an essential tool for building positive mental habits  that will ensure we can always maintain inner peace.

Dan Beenham is a student at Amoghasiddhi Kadampa Buddhist Centre in Attleborough who has been a student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and a practitioner of modern Kadampa Buddhism since 2001. Dan teaches with a lot of personal insight in a way that is both practical and relevant to modern life.

Each class includes 2 guided meditations, a practical teaching, and time for questions. Meditation is done seated in chairs with the option to sit on a mat and cushion if you prefer.

This course is perfect for beginners as well as anyone wishing to refresh or deepen their meditation practice.

After the class there is tea and biscuits in the cafe provided free of charge for those who would like to stay on and discuss the class or their meditation practice.

Fee:

£7 per class | £28 for 5 Classes | members free | Concessions available for those unable to afford the classes.

A class card £28 can be purchased in advance or on the night – buy 5 get 1 free, please choose day & venue and insert the start date that you require.
