Title: Clear Mind – Unlocking Your Potential
Location: Amoghasiddhi Kadampa Buddhist Centre, Attleborough (Online or in-person)
Dates: Fridays Nov 6th – 18th Dec (In Person only*) 12.30 pm – 13.30 pm

These classes will lead us on a journey of exploration of our mind through which we can discover our own inner protentional for lasting peace and happiness.

The real source of happiness is inner peace. If our mind is peaceful, we will be happy all the time, regardless of external conditions, but if it is disturbed or troubled in any way, we will never be happy, no matter how good our external conditions may be. External conditions can only make us happy if our peaceful.

On this course Gen Kelsang Yankyi will help us to get to know and to experience the depth and capacity of our own mind.
