About the Course:

Imagine living without stress and tension – a life free from worry, anxiety and the many daily problems these negative states of mind create. On this half-day course we will look at what stress actually means and how meditation can beat stress and help us to be more relaxed, peaceful and positive in daily life.

We will train in powerful stress-busting techniques derived from ancient Buddhist wisdom.  We will combat life’s adversities with an open, accommodating and peaceful heart and learn how to deal with ‘difficult people’ without getting angry. So, in this way we transform hardships into opportunities for spiritual growth.
