About the Course:

Do you ever feel like you’re swimming against the tide of life? Perhaps not living your life to the full as you are anxious about what may be lurking around the corner?

On this course we will explore how we can become flexible and go with the flow by recognizing that the things we hold onto and worry about are in a state of constant change. The more we live within the experience of the truth of impermanence, the more we can reduce our mental clinging, relax, and let go.

This course of talks and practical meditations, suitable for everyone, will help free our minds from stress, anxiety and worry so that we can really come to enjoy our life.

What to Expect: Each class follows a steady progression throughout the course, but can also function as a single self-contained drop-in class if you wish. A basic meditation is led at the beginning, followed by a practical teaching and then a second meditation based on that teaching, these are suitable for all levels of experience. – Everybody is welcome.
