Title: The Path to Inner Peace – Meditations For a Happy and Meaningful Life
Location: Amoghasiddhi Kadampa Buddhist Centre, Attleborough
Dates:  Thursdays 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Costs: See below

These classes will look at developing a path to inner peace in our mind, which will increase our concentration and our capacity for spiritual practice through meditation.

Buddha, the founder of Buddhism appeared in this world in 624 BC. Just as doctors give different medicine for people with different illnesses, so Buddha gave different teachings for people with different problems and capacities. One of the most important of these is ‘The Perfection of Wisdom Sutra’, and to help us understand how to integrate these teachings into our daily life, the Buddhist master Atisha wrote, ‘Lamp to the Path to Enlightenment’, also known as the Stages of the Path, or Lamrim.

Gen Kelsang Yankyi will be our guide though each stage on the path to enlightenment, which was first laid-out and explained by the teachers of this ancient wisdom.
