About the class

Meditation & Mindfulness provide practical tools to deal with the challenges of daily life, which will enable you to remain calm and focused.
They can help you let go off stress and negativity, and stay focused in a positive way.

Positive Thinking helps you to improve your relationships and become a happier, more loving individual. It also improves your energy levels so that you can get the very best out of life.

These classes are suitable for everyone and especially newcomers. General Programme (GP)classes are given as a series, but can also be taken individually. Feel free to drop in on a class-by-class basis.

About the Teacher

Kelsang Yankyi is the Resident Teacher of Amoghasiddhi KBC. She has been studying and teaching Kadampa Buddhist meditations for over twenty-five years. She is loved for her gentle and joyful approach and her ability to present Buddha’s teachings in a clear and down to earth manner making them easy to practice.

Class fee is £6.00 Evening

(concessions* £5.00), class cards are available at a 20% discount.

Class cards are available buy four get one free £24.00

Come along to any session, pre-booking is not required. Feel free to drop in on a class-by-class basis.
