About the Course:
Stress, discouragement and depression can all easily snowball into deep-seated mental habits, and when they do, such patterns of thought often leave us feeling inherently stuck and limited.
By learning to harness the power of inner peace in meditation we can start to strengthen our mental health each and every day – empowering our mind with calm, positivity and resilience.
Each class is self contained so you can follow a series or just drop in to any class – everyone is welcome.
About the Teacher:
Originally from Ireland, Kelsang Gyalpo has been practicing and teaching for almost 20 years. He has lived, worked and taught in many Kadampa centres throughout the world and brings with him an enthusiastic, balanced and kind approach to Buddha’s teachings.

What to Expect: Each class follows a steady progression throughout the course, but can also function as a single self-contained drop-in class if you wish. A basic meditation is led at the beginning, followed by a practical teaching and then a second meditation based on that teaching, these are suitable for all levels of experience. – Everybody welcome.
