About the course: Whilst trying to control the many different aspects of our life, we often fail, and this leads to fear and anxieties. By learning how to free ourselves from these problems we can start to build our self-confidence and be free from worries. Then we can begin to truly enjoy life.
About the Teacher: Kelsang Norpel is a Buddhist monk. He is an inspiring and lighthearted teacher known for his humour and inspirational presentation of Dharma. His teachings are always practical and easy to apply to everyday life.
