Title: Stillness of mind – day retreat
Location: Amoghasiddhi Kadampa Buddhist Centre
Date: Sunday 15th September 10.00 am – 2.30 pm

About the retreat day:

On this retreat day we will be looking at a series of meditations that will enable us to develop mental clarity and inner peace. The clear mind meditations being guided are simple meditations derived from the Buddhist Mahamudra tradition. Their purpose is to lead us on a voyage of exploration of our mind, through which we can discover our own inner potential for lasting peace and happiness.

The day will consist of teachings, guided meditations, a vegetarian brunch and time to relax and enjoy the World Peace Café.

Everybody is welcome. This course is suitable for all levels of experience.
