About the course:
Many of us a tendency to be excessively self-critical, self doubting and lacking in confidence. These debilitating thoughts can affect our relationships, our work and our ability to realise our full potential in life. On this half-day course we will learn how to use meditation to free ourselves from self critical thoughts, negative self-perceptions and feelings of discouragement.
Once we have freed ourself from these negative trains of thoughts – our whole world view can shift and change, then we can focus on the more positive and friendly aspects of our nature.
