About the course:
No matter how confident or successful we seem on the outside, deep down it is common to feel inadequate or insecure. In our modern life we tend to focus on external things to bolster our confidence such as our appearance, status, possessions and achievements. Not only do these things change but they don’t really bring the sense of self-worth we long for.
On this course we will explore what real inner confidence and self-esteem actually are and how to use Buddhist meditation practices to cultivate them. When we understand our own potential then we are able to learn how to use positive states of mind to truly help others, whilst becoming much more confident and happy in our own lives.
