About the course:
One of the hardest parts about living life when overwhelmed is the way that it always tends to be present. It doesn’t matter what you’re doing or how much you need to focus.
That feeling of being overwhelmed is always there.
On this course we will look at how meditation can begin to reduce the feeling of being overwhelmed and which will help create space within the mind so that you can be more relaxed, peaceful and positive.
