In general, we don’t like change – unless it is our own idea, and stays under our control with no unpredictable people, events or situations! Stress is our reaction when we meet someone or something that we don’t like, or when we can’t get what we want, or can’t be in charge of as we would wish!
Can we control our world? Can we control the people in it? No! So, therefore things will happen that we don’t like or want.
This half-day course will explore what it is we can change or can be in charge of and ways to solve our problem of stress.
