If we do not understand the extraordinary opportunity that this life gives us we will easily waste it. Within our minds lies the potential for real happiness and freedom, truly the fulfilment of all our wishes. In this series we will explore meditations and contemplation’s designed to help access and harness the power of joy with our minds to really make the most of our lives.

Through talks, guided meditations, discussion and Q&A’s, we will learn how to take these extraordinary life-affirming and empowering insights and tools to heart.

These courses – suitable for everyone. The classes are designed to give you the means to gain more inner peace and happiness in your daily life.

  • Each class consists of guided meditations, a talk and discussion.
  • Each class lasts approximately one hour and a quarter and is followed by refreshments.
  • Each class is self-contained, though you are welcome to attend the whole course.

Teacher: Kelsang Norpel is a Buddhist monk. He is an inspiring and lighthearted teacher known for his humour and inspirational presentation of Dharma. His teachings are always practical and easy to apply to everyday life.

Booking & Costs

Booking: No need to book for this event in advance, just turn up on the day.

Cost: £6 per session or £20 when booked in advance.





The venue detail and parking

Venue: Charing Cross Centre, 17-19 St John Maddermarket, Norwich. NR2 1DN
Parking: St Andrews Car park £4.00 or The Forum after 5 pm £2.50

Direction in the venue: When you enter the Charring Cross Centre, the class will be on the first floor, if you head towards the stairs to the right, a elevator is available if you have problems with the stairs. Then as you climb the stairs. turn right & right again.
