Meditation provides practical tools to deal with the challenges of daily life, which enable us to remain calm and positive.

These classes are designed to help us overcome stress, anxiety and negativity. They enable us to improve our relationships with others and become a happier, more loving individual. They also help us to improve our confidence by providing a very positive outlook on life.

These courses – suitable for everyone. The classes are designed to give you the means to gain more inner peace and happiness in your daily life.

  • Each class consists of guided meditations, a talk and discussion.
  • Each class lasts approximately one hour and a quarter and is followed by refreshments.
  • Each class is self-contained, though you are welcome to attend the whole course.

Teacher: Kelsang Norpel is a Buddhist monk. He is an inspiring and lighthearted teacher known for his humour and inspirational presentation of Dharma. His teachings are always practical and easy to apply to everyday life.
