About the course:
At the start of the year our mind naturally turns to ways we can make our life more meaningful and rewarding. This day course is an introduction to meditation and mindfulness and, the art of positive thinking. Everything depends upon the mind. If our mind is peaceful our life will be positive and peaceful. Meditation makes our mind peaceful and positive thinking enables us to solve our daily problems.
The day will consist of teachings, guided meditations, a vegetarian brunch and time to relax and enjoy the World Peace Café.
Everybody is welcome. This course is suitable for all levels of experience.
