About the Course:
In this series of classes we will look at how we can begin to settle our wayward mind through meditation. Just like writing, or learning to drive, meditation is a skill we can learn and can use in our life. Like being able to sort out thoughts or decisions, or even our shopping list, by grabbing a pen, meditation can make our mind clear enough so that all our thoughts and decisions are easier to express to ourself, in a calm and proactive way!
Also like when we first learn to drive, a new world of possibilities and freedoms are opened up to us, in the same way meditation can help us change direction and head towards a new goal.
