About the Course:
Mindfulness is a buzzword that has been around for a long time now. From a Buddhist perspective this word has a more specific meaning than we currently use or understand. During this half day course Gen Kelsang Yankyi will also explore how to develop and maintain mindfulness and how to use it skilfully in everyday life.
Everybody is welcome. This half-day course is perfect for all levels of experience.
