Mindfulness is a buzzword that has been around for a long time now. From a Buddhist perspective this word has a more specific meaning than we currently use or understand. During this half day course Gen Kelsang Yankyi will also explore how to develop and maintain mindfulness and how to use it skilfully in everyday life.
About the Teacher:
Gen Kelsang Yankyi is the Resident Teacher of Amoghasiddhi KBC and has been studying and teaching Kadampa Buddhist meditations for over twenty-six years. She is loved for her gentle and joyful approach and her ability to present Buddha’s teachings in a clear and down-to-earth manner making them easy to practice.
