Title: Mindfulness & Meditation for Daily Life
Location: Amoghasiddhi Kadampa Buddhist Centre
Date: Sunday 1st September 10.00 am – 2.00 pm

About the course:

On this day course we will explore how by training in using mindfulness and meditation as a tool, we can begin to manage and control our emotions such as stress, anxiety and fear.

By training to develop and improve these mental skills we can make them into powerful transformational tools. Only with strong mindfulness can we bring our thoughts and feelings under control and thereby begin to manage our emotions. By using the mindfulness toolkit to develop and maintain pure intentions eventually we will eradicate all our negativity and enjoy a peaceful and happy mind all the time.

The day will consist of teachings, guided meditations, a vegetarian brunch and time to relax and enjoy the World Peace Café.

Everybody is welcome. This course is suitable for all levels of experience.
