About the class

Meditation provides practical tools to deal with the challenges of daily life, which enable us to remain calm and positive.

These classes are designed to help us overcome stress, anxiety and negativity. They enable us to improve our relationships with others and become a happier, more loving individual. They also help us to improve our confidence by providing a very positive outlook on life.

Classes are suitable for everyone to attend, especially newcomers. Our weekly classes are given as a series, but can also be taken individually. No special clothing is required with chairs and cushions provided for your comfort. The classes conclude with light refreshments afterwards.

Come along to any session, pre-booking is not required. Feel free to drop in on a class-by-class basis.

About the Teacher

Kelsang Yankyi is the Resident Teacher of Amoghasiddhi KBC. She has been studying and teaching Kadampa Buddhist meditations for over twenty-five years. She is loved for her gentle and joyful approach and her ability to present Buddha’s teachings in a clear and down to earth manner making them easy to practice.

Class fee is £6.00 Evening or £5.00 afternoons

(concessions* £5.00), class cards are available at a 20% discount.

Class cards are available buy four get one free £24.00 or £20.00
