About this talk:
The ability to be still is a survival trait in all animals. Unfortunately, it’s an ability we often find hard, not so much in our body as in our mind. It’s something we seem to have lost in the frenetic business of this modern world.
On this course Kelsang Yankyi will lead us through meditations that will help us bring some stillness into our mind and into our life. Through this we can begin to ‘get our thoughts straight!’; to unravel the thoughts that criss-cross in our mind; and find some ability to be sensible and be able to prioritise and plan courses of action.
