Title: Love without pain
Location: Amoghasiddhi Kadampa Buddhist Centre
Date: Sunday 20th October 10.00 am – 2.00 pm

About the course:

Have you ever had a broken heart? If you could look around at everyone else reading this, you would probably discover that not one of them is replying “No” to this question. In fact, chances are they have each had multiple broken hearts, depending on their age. Our hearts are prone to breaking because we have attachment. Attachment doesn’t work. Love always works though, thankfully!

On this day course we will be looking at how to develop love without the pain and problems.

“Love will bring us only happiness whereas the mind of attachment will bring us only suffering” Geshe Kelsang Gyatso RinpocheThe New Eight Steps to Happiness.

The day will consist of teachings, guided meditations, a vegetarian brunch and time to relax and enjoy the World Peace Café.

Everybody is welcome. This course is suitable for all levels of experience.
