From Modern Buddhism, by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso;

– “In his Sutra teachings Buddha gives us great encouragement to accomplish the ultimate goal of human life. This goal will be accomplished quickly through the practice of Tantra. Tantra also known as ‘Secret Mantra’ or ‘Vajrayana’, is a special method to purify our world, our self, our enjoyments and our activities; and if we put this method into practice we will very quickly attain enlightenment.”

– “Although Tantra is very popular, not many people understand its real meaning.”

On this half-day course, Gen Yankyi will look at what is Tantra and how by purifying our mind through these practices, we can quickly accomplish our wishes. Not only to be happy and free from suffering for ourselves, but to help our friends and family, all those we meet and all beings.
