About the course:

During this day course we will look at practical ideas from Kadampa Buddhism that are relevant to our daily lives and will give us a chance to gain some deeper experience of meditation and Buddhism.

Kadampa Buddhism is a time honoured tradition that for centuries has made Buddha’s teachings and meditation practices available to people throughout the world.

Buddhism has a timeless and universal relevance, and can be practised by anyone in any culture, regardless of race, gender, or age. Through training in meditation and other Buddhist practices we can improve the quality of our life by developing inner peace, compassion, and wisdom.

About the Teacher

Kelsang Norpel is a Buddhist monk. He is an inspiring and lighthearted teacher known for his humour and inspirational presentation of Dharma. His teachings are always practical and easy to apply to everyday life.
