Title: I Want To Be Free Location: Amoghasiddhi Kadampa Buddhist Centre Date: Saturday 10th April 10.00 am – 12.30 pm Cost: £12 / Free for members
About the Class:
What does freedom mean to you?
Free to run and laugh and shout?
Free from anxiety, depression, worries and problems?
Free to think, speak and believe what you want?
Free from constraints imposed by the necessities of life?
Freedom of choice!
Often we have responsibilities that we feel are a burden – family, job, friends etc. We have expectations of ourself – achieving this, making that, organising the next thing. Then there are the constraints within our job, our family, our society and others expectations of us!
We ask, “How can I be free? How can I choose what I want to do?”.
On this half-day course – Kelsang Norpel will give us some ideas of what we can do and how we can find real freedom.
