Location: Amoghasiddhi Kadampa Buddhist Centre
Date: Saturday 10th April 10.00 am – 12.30 pm
Cost: £12 / Free for members
About the Class:
What does freedom mean to you?
- Free to run and laugh and shout?
- Free from anxiety, depression, worries and problems?
- Free to think, speak and believe what you want?
- Free from constraints imposed by the necessities of life?
- Freedom of choice!
Often we have responsibilities that we feel are a burden – family, job, friends etc. We have expectations of ourself – achieving this, making that, organising the next thing. Then there are the constraints within our job, our family, our society and others expectations of us!
We ask, “How can I be free? How can I choose what I want to do?”.
On this half-day course – Kelsang Norpel will give us some ideas of what we can do and how we can find real freedom.
