These are certainty very strange times! Perhaps they have led to some unusual circumstances appearing in our life? Maybe you’re feeling a bit discouraged, lonely, rather down or lethargic? This is no different for many people at present.

In this short talk, Kadam Bridget Heyes will introduce practical methods from Buddha’s teachings that can lift our spirits so that we can find some hope and meaning to our life.

Having found these, out spirits will lift and we will find that our view of the world will change – we’ll be happier!

Kadam Bridget Heyes, the principal teacher at Nagarjuna KMC is kindly giving a public talk to our community. As a senior disciple of Geshe Kelsang who has been practising for over 25 years and in 1994, helped to found Nagarjuna Centre and has been teaching there ever since.

Kadam Bridget is known for her powerful teachings, compassionate heart, and deep understanding of Buddha’s wisdom advice. Her teachings are exceptionally clear and she presents profound ideas in a way that are easy to practice and integrate into daily life.
