About the Course:
At some point in the lives of most people we find we have to sit an exam, whether at school, for a job, to try for a promotion, or our own interests.
This can be a very stressful time and even though it may be relatively short-lived, it can adversely affect all areas of our life.
In this short course Gen Kelsang Yankyi will look at what stress is, how it affects us physically and emotionally and what we can do about it!
About the Teacher: Gen Kelsang Yankyi is the Resident Teacher of Amoghasiddhi KBC and has been studying and teaching Kadampa Buddhist meditations for over twenty-six years. She is loved for her gentle and joyful approach and her ability to present Buddha’s teachings in a clear and down to earth manner making them easy to practice.
