About the Course:
Escape the stress and busyness of daily life to discover the peace of meditation in these one hour sessions. These simple meditations relax the mind and body, and lead to a deep experience of inner peace and contentment.
The teacher will guide a meditation, followed by a brief description and explanation, then the teacher will guide the second meditation. We’ll learn how to integrate our practice into our daily life.
You can drop in any week as each class is self-contained and includes practical advice on how to improve your concentration and gain a deep experience of meditation.
