Title: From Strange Times to Peaceful Minds Location: Amoghasiddhi Kadampa Buddhist Centre, Attleborough (Online or in-person) Dates: Fridays (In Persononly*) 12.30 pm – 13.30 pm
“We never know what is just around the corner!” – Or so the saying goes!
We try hard to find some stability in our life, some security, but when we look with wisdom, relying upon external conditions deceives us again and again. Its like walking on quicksand! When we practice meditation we discover an inner foundation. This becomes the runway upon which we will jet off, travel to new places and land safely and smoothly, giving us the freedom to deal anew with our daily situations.
On this course Gen Kelsang Yankyi will explore the meaning of inner strength and stability, through teaching on the basics of meditation and why we need it.
