About the course:
Many people become worried or stressed by all the various impending or even unforeseen situations that arise in our lives. Sometimes the situations that arise suddenly are in fact easier to cope with and give rise to less tension, then the events or circumstances that we know are about to happen!
If too many of these situations arise too close together, or there is an underlying stressful situation that we have to live with all the time, this can give rise to a constant feeling of generalised anxiety. Often this in time will lead to fear, sadness or depression.
On this course we will learn that the default position of our mind, our attitude to life is negative and we will learn methods to combat this, and how to work at keeping out mind positive.
