Is it possible, in such an insecure world, to be free of anxiety? Yes it is. The debilitating stress that often sweeps us up and destroys our enjoyment of life can be faced with calmness and wisdom. Grappling skilfully with life’s challenges is how we learn to live fearlessly.
Through Buddhist meditation we can uncover the underlying causes of anxiety and learn how to let them go. Through training our mind we learn to approach seemingly fear-inducing situations with a sense of confidence and even enjoyment. This form of freedom gives our lives great meaning.
About the Teacher:
Kelsang Norpel is a Buddhist monk. He is an inspiring and lighthearted teacher known for his humour and inspirational presentation of Dharma. His teachings are always practical and easy to apply to everyday life.
