About the course:
What is our life like? Sometimes our life gets really frantic &, like a runaway engine, flies along its own track & we cannot seem to holt it! Sometimes our day to day existence is like being on a hamster treadmill, around & around, again & again, always the same, boring, mundane routine! Sometimes we feel as if we’re at the bottom of a mineshaft, & no matter how much we try & try to reach the surface & the blue sky, we make little progress.
We don’t seem to realise, we always have a choice! We can decide to change! To stop what we are doing and ‘break out’! But we need the strength of mind & the courage to do it.
On this course we will learn that we need to train our mind, take control of it & by harnessing its power learn to become a much happier more contented person.
