About the course:
On this day course we will focus particularly on learning to concentrate within our meditation. This is how to deepen our experiences of meditation and how our understanding and awareness of our object of meditation can develop and can transform our mind. Then our concentration in our ordinary activities will also improve.
The day will consist of teachings, guided meditations, a vegetarian brunch and time to relax and enjoy the World Peace Café.
Everybody is welcome. This course is suitable for all levels of experience.
