6 week course Developing Confidence

In the last series of these classes, we looked at ourself, our world and all that happens in our life. We looked at how we would like to make a fresh start through learning to transform our life.
In this series we will look at taking charge of our mind! We will learn how we can accomplish our goals and in particular develop confidence, not only in ourself but also in the methods we are using, so that from our own experience we will know that our meditations do work.
One of our biggest problems is our irritation, annoyance and frustration with how things and people do not follow our wishes. There are strategies we can employ within our meditations and within our daily life that we can learn to use to deal with this. The teachings in the next few weeks will look at these.
