Title: Dealing with uncertainty
Location: Amoghasiddhi Kadampa Buddhist Centre
Date: Saturday 16th November 10.00 am – 12.30 pm

About the course:

On this half-day course will help us to deal with uncertainty, how to adapt and live with it. Thanks to modern technology, the world is evolving at a very fast rate. Things are happening really fast and our lives seem to be moving at 100 miles per hour (mph). We are not sure of what the next hour will look like much less the next day. It is impossible nowadays to have all the aspects of our lives under control. This leads to feelings of uncertainty. Whenever we do not know exactly how things will go, we end up being stressed. This is because there is always the possibility of failure. We wish for complete knowledge of the circumstances around us at all times, but unfortunately, we have to learn how to adapt and live with uncertainty.

The day will consist of teachings, guided meditations and time to relax and enjoy the World Peace Café.

Everybody is welcome. This course is suitable for all levels of experience.
