About the Course:

There is a lot of uncertainty in the world – and we never like change, we never like not knowing! It can lead to fear, anger and thinking only of ourself and our loved ones, and not realising that we are a part of a community, a whole. We have so many examples of people putting others first.
We have so much to be thankful for!
BUT …. We need to take care of our minds! We need some peace in our mind, some calmness, some clearness, some spaciousness. Then we can actually THINK about what to do in a sensible fashion, dealing with stress as it arises, not letting it build up eg. clearing away the dishes after every meal!
With some peace in our mind our relationships with others will, hopefully, not deteriorate and our interactions will be led by a sensitivity towards how others are coping and a wish to help them.
Everybody welcome!
