About the course:

Due to the uncertainty of this life we all experience feelings of loss from time to time. Everything from small losses, such as our car keys, the closure of our favourite cafe, our normal Sunday stroll in the country because there are now new housing developments – everything is changing. Our friends move house, even country, members of our family die – we experience many losses and griefs throughout our life.

How can we come to terms with this? How can we make some sense of this? On this course, Gen Kelsang Yankyi will help us explore this subject and so enable us to come to terms with the losses we will experience in life.

About the Teacher:

Gen Kelsang Yankyi is the Resident Teacher of Amoghasiddhi KBC and has been studying and teaching Kadampa Buddhist meditations for nearly thirty years. She is loved for her gentle and joyful approach and her ability to present Buddha’s teachings in a clear and down to earth manner making them easy to practice.
