About the course:

Stress, irritation, frustration and anger are common experiences in modern life. These painful states of mind can easily arise when we encounter difficult people and challenging situations. If anger is not recognised early on it becomes like a poison, destroying our happiness and interfering with our relationships.

This course will introduce various methods for recognising, reducing and finally removing anger, which can become a destructive habit. This will help us to experience the peace and freedom that we all long for.
