Title: Keep Karma and Carry On
Location: Amoghasiddhi Kadampa Buddhist Centre
Cyprus House, Queens Square, Attleborough NR17 2AE
Date: Sunday February 10th 10.00 am – 2.00 pm
About the Day Course
“Generally, karma means ‘action’. From non-virtous actions comes suffering and from virtuous actions comes happiness: if we believe this we believe in karma”. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche – Modern Buddhism.
Understanding karma gives us the power to move away from negative patterns of behaviour. Without any guilt or blame, we can take responsibility and control our life. This will help us to develop a positive intention and begin to create the causes for us to experience mental peace now and in the future.
