We have decided to suspend all of our branch classes listed below until further notice.

  • Norwich afternoon & evenings

For the time being our main centre in Attleborough will be open. However, the classes and events listed below will be postponed until further notice.

  • Retreat days

These classes for the time being are still running.

  • Saturday morning events
  • Prayers for World Peace will still be running as normal.

We are currently still open to the public and are monitoring the Covid-19 situation very closely. As a result all our classes and courses are subject to change at short notice. We are looking into live-streaming our classes in the event that our centre needs to close. Please continue to check our website for any changes.

Our main goal is to continue to provide a safe place of refuge for all visitors. Our ability to do this greatly depends on all of us working together for this aim. We would ask you to follow the guidelines below.

What we are doing for you:

Providing soaps and sanitizers for your hands
Enhancing our cleaning routine throughout our Centre
Exploring ways we can provide remote access to classes, should this become necessary in the coming weeks
What you can do for us:

Make use of soaps and sanitizers as deemed appropriate
Reduce physical contact with others
If you feel ill, please stay home
Alert us if you have been to the Centre or any branch classes recently and are diagnosed with COVID-19
