About the Course:
Coping with physical, mental, or emotional pain is difficult at any time in our life but the Buddha taught many methods to help us deal with pain, to help us protect our mind in particular.
On this inspiring talk, Gen Kelsang Yankyi will explore how we can accept pain and thereby reduce it! We will also look at how we can transform through our meditations and practice thereby increasing the strength, power, and capacity of our mind.
About the Teacher: Gen Kelsang Yankyi is the Resident Teacher of Amoghasiddhi KBC and has been studying and teaching Kadampa Buddhist meditations for over twenty-six years. She is loved for her gentle and joyful approach and her ability to present Buddha’s teachings in a clear and down to earth manner making them easy to practice.
