Title: Combat Stress
Location: Amoghasiddhi Kadampa Buddhist Centre
Date: Saturday 7th September 10.00 am – 12.30 pm

About the course:

On this half day course

Imagine living without stress and tension – a life free from worry, anxiety and the many daily problems these negative states of mind create. On this half-day course we will look at how meditation can beat stress and help us to be more relaxed, peaceful and positive in daily life. Train in powerful stress-busting techniques derived from ancient Buddhist wisdom.  Combat life’s adversities with an open, accommodating and peaceful heart. Learn how to deal with ‘difficult people’ without getting angry, and transform hardships into opportunities for spiritual growth.

The day will consist of teachings, guided meditations and time to relax and enjoy the World Peace Café.

Everybody is welcome. This course is suitable for all levels of experience.
