About the Course:

Our mind is a tricky customer. It cons us into thinking that ‘we’ are in charge. In reality, our mind is blown about by the winds of our emotions, and we react to situations in old familiar ways.

On this half-day event, we will learn techniques that help us realise that we can take charge of our mind, of our life and our own happiness, and we can show others by our example of how to learn this transformation of mind too.
