Suitable for everyone, these drop-in meditation and mindfulness classes are part of our General Programme (GP) and offer simple, practical methods to improve the quality of our lives and develop inner peace.
The classes focus on using Buddhist understanding to help solve our daily problems and find the lasting happiness we seek. Each class contains a teaching and guided meditation. Although taught as a series, each class is self-contained and can be attended individually.
You don’t have to be Buddhist to benefit from this timeless advice.

About the Teacher
Kelsang Yankyi is the Resident Teacher of Amoghasiddhi KBC. She has been studying and teaching Kadampa Buddhist meditations for over twenty-five years. She is loved for her gentle and joyful approach and her ability to present Buddha’s teachings in a clear and down to earth manner making them easy to practice.

Class fee is £5.00 (concessions* £5.00), class cards are available at a 20% discount.
Class cards are available buy four get one free £20.00
Come along to any session, pre-booking is not required. Feel free to drop in on a class-by-class basis.
