New Year’s resolutions all too frequently fall by the wayside by the end of January.
However, the coming of a new year does offer an excellent opportunity to reassess your life and decide what needs to be changed. We are perhaps more likely to stick to our plans if we don’t treat it as a ‘resolution’ that must be strictly followed, and instead approach it as a step-by-step, long-term project.
In this series of classes we shall be looking at how we can begin to develop a realistic long term plan, this plan only requires one transformation, by learning how to change our mind we can then learn how to change our views, attitudes and intentions. This will help us to become a better person and become the New You for 2020.
